Return Policy

At DEKE, our mission is to ensure you have an exceptional experience from the moment you place your order. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility & Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date you received your order to initiate a return.
  • Items must be unworn and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

2. Complimentary Domestic Returns

  • Canada & United States: We provide a prepaid return label at no charge. Simply initiate your return (see below), and follow the instructions to print your shipping label.

3. International Returns

  • All Other Countries: While we welcome returns, please note that you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item arrives safely.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment once the returned item passes inspection.
  • Please allow 3–10 business days from when we receive your return for the refund to be processed.

5. Exchanges

  • To keep things simple, DEKE does not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item. You’ll be refunded for the original purchase once it’s received and inspected.

6. Return Initiation

  • Self-Serve: If you have a registered account with us, simply log in and navigate to your Order History to initiate a return.
  • Via Email: Prefer a helping hand? Reach out to our Customer Care team at info@deke.style and include your order details. We’ll guide you through the process.
